1. How spots work

Any vacant spot costs $1. To take an occupied spot, your total bid must exceed its owner's total by at least 20% or $1, whichever is greater, rounded up to the next cent. Yours until someone outbids you. No refunds for being outbid. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Later bids can move your screen or push it off the Line. There is no guaranteed position, traffic level or result.

2. Payment

Bids are one-time charges. If you already have a screen, you pay only the additional amount needed to raise your total bid. Prices are shown before tax; Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, calculates applicable tax and handles payment and receipts.

Bids take effect after successful payment. If your chosen spot is taken while you pay, you get the best available spot at or below it at no extra charge. If only a better spot is free, you get that instead. If nothing is free, staff arrange a full refund through Dodo Payments. See our Refund Policy.

3. Your listing

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your title, tagline, spot, images, brand and destination. Your information must be accurate and your destination must remain safe and functional. Listings must follow our Content Policy. The Line is seen by all ages, so videos and listings are judged at about a 12A level. Uploaded videos must be animated, in any style, and not live action; a brief live-action logo or title card (about a second in total) is fine.

When you upload a video, you confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in it: the visuals, any music and any sound. This includes full-length videos you submit to the Midnight Cinema. We may remove any video, full-length film or public copy after a credible rights complaint.

Your first generated video goes live automatically once it passes review. When share clips are enabled, we automatically make a clip from your approved live video, your name, logo and night sign, and the Line scenery. Your share clip is made for you to post. You can download it from My Screens, or from the private link we email you, which works for 30 days. Anyone you share the link or the file with can watch it.

4. Review and enforcement

We use automated and, when needed, manual screening. We may hold, reject, remove or suspend a listing that violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or harms the wall experience. Payment does not guarantee that prohibited content will be published.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Line reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may improve the layout, video playback and product rules while preserving valid settled bids. We may stop or change the service where reasonably necessary.

6. Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midnight Screens is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the destinations screens link to, indirect losses, lost traffic or business results. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
